Return & Refund Policy

At Father's Day Fun, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.


1. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 4 hours of purchase.
  • After 4 hours, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
  • To request changes (size, color, quantity, shipping address), email [email protected] with your order number.

2. Returns for Faulty Items

We accept returns if the product has a manufacturing defect or if we made a mistake (wrong size, color, damaged, etc.).

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to File a Claim

To file a claim, email [email protected] with:

  • Order number
  • Photo/video evidence
  • Description of the issue
  • Choice: Replacement or Refund
  • If related to printing, include photo with a ruler/tape measure

3. Returns Due to Customer Preference

We generally do not accept returns for reasons like:

  • Wrong size/color ordered
  • Change of mind

Exceptions

  • In rare cases, we may accept returns with a restocking fee or partial refund.
  • Contact us to discuss your situation before returning the item.

4. Custom Products

All custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless:

  • There's a manufacturing defect (e.g. misprint)
  • You received the wrong item/design

Always double-check custom details before placing the order. For faulty custom products, email [email protected] with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos
  • Issue description

5. Return Guidelines

  • Do not return items to the sender address. We will provide the correct return address upon request.
  • Items must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

6. Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method.

7. Lost Packages

We will reprint and reship orders if:

  • No tracking updates after 15 business days (U.S.) or 21 business days (Intl.)
  • Package is marked delivered but not received (after carrier investigation & 15 business days)

8. Incorrect or Missing Address

If a package is returned due to an address error:

  • We can reship (shipping fee applies), or
  • Offer a partial refund (minus shipping)
